The Executive AI Partner

The million-dollar seat, at $10,000 a month.

Tech companies now pay $400K to over $1M a year for executives whose whole job is finding where AI pays and making sure it gets built. This is that job, done for your company as a standing engagement: the one tier where I build the systems myself, always on, for five companies at a time.

Five concurrent slots  ·  Invitation or application  ·  Quarterly commitment

The mental model

You already pay for this. Just not for AI.

Most of the leaders I work with keep a short list of standing relationships: the concierge physician, the personal counsel, the wealth advisor who calls them first. Not because they couldn’t book appointments like everyone else, but because their time and their downside risk are worth more than the retainer costs.

The Executive AI Partner is that same relationship, pointed at the technology that will define the next decade of your business. It exists for the leader who wants this handled, for the company and for themselves, without becoming technical.

For scale, OpenAI currently lists United States roles in its forward-deployed organization at $162,000 to $385,000 in base salary, plus equity. Those are engineering roles, and I’m not an engineer; the useful comparison is not the title but the standing accountability: someone who knows the operation, keeps the right work moving into production, and measures whether it paid. Here, I build the systems myself; and every build still ships with its documentation and training, so every system stays runnable by your team.

OpenAI published salary ranges, accessed July 21, 2026: Forward Deployed Engineer and Platform Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineering; equity is additional. Total packages run higher: Levels.fyi records offers up to $1.27M (accessed July 24, 2026).

What’s inside

01

Everything in the Sprint and Retainer, as a standing service. And I build the systems myself.

Working sessions, async access, the Agent Support Line, the full Leverage Library with paths curated custom for your company. Always on, nothing to re-engage. This is the one tier where implementation is done for you: my hands, not a project plan on your desk. Every build still ships with its documentation and training, so done-for-you never means dependent-on-me.

02

A quarterly on-site strategy day.

Your office, your leadership, the whole map on the table, and one standing agenda item: the next bet, priced in your own numbers. We conceive, advance, or kill one growth project each quarter, and “no credible bet this quarter” is a legitimate outcome. You will never get a manufactured initiative because a consultant needed an agenda.

03

Priority on everything.

Front of the bench queue, first call when a new capability ships.

04

Board or shareholder presentations, delivered by me, any time you want them.

When your board asks “what’s our AI posture?”, the answer is prepared; and I present it myself, to your board or your shareholders, whenever you want me in the room.

One thing this engagement deliberately does not include, so you hear it from me first: my standalone AI Chief of Staff (your own managed agent, deployed and maintained by me) is its own subscription, not a slot perk. It’s available whether or not you hold a slot; if you want one alongside the engagement, say so in our conversation.

The honest economics

$10,000 a month. Quarterly commitment. Five concurrent slots.

$10,000

A month · Quarterly commitment · Five concurrent slots

A month of this costs less than two weeks of the salary the big companies pay for the same accountability, and you can stop any quarter. The slot count is a real constraint, not a marketing device: this tier gets hours from me that don’t scale, so the roster stays capped where the service stays excellent. Five concurrent slots, first come, first served; when they’re full, you’re waiting for one to open.

First 30 days

If it isn’t obviously worth it, I refund month one in full and we part friends.

Who gets an invitation

Current and former Sprint clients, referrals from existing partners, and occasionally a leader whose situation makes the fit obvious. The application is short. The conversation is the real filter, in both directions.

Five concurrent slots. First come, first served.
