About Dominion AI
I sell judgment, not hours.
I’m James Green, and Dominion AI is my advisory practice. The judgment came the expensive way: I’ve already made the mistakes, burned the weekends, and built the systems, so you can get AI working in your business without becoming technical yourself. This page is how the practice actually runs, including the parts most consultants would rather not explain.
Advisor in front · Agents in the back · Never left dependent
The founding observation
Everybody is uncomfortable with what they don’t know.
Before I built any of this, I spent months having long lunches with owners: construction, clinics, law firms, wealth advisors. None of them needed convincing about AI. Not one skeptic in the bunch. Every single one was blocked at the same place: where do I start, and what don’t I know that could hurt me? The industries were different in every conversation; the stuck point never was.
The fix was just as consistent. A couple of baby steps with someone patient, and the reaction was almost word for word every time: oh, that’s actually easy. I know more than I realized.
That’s what I sell. Not education. Momentum, with someone who has already made the mistakes standing next to you.
How I’m built (the honest architecture)
Me in the front, agents in the back, and you always know which is which.
I run every advisory relationship personally: the sessions, the decisions, the judgment calls. Behind me runs an agent factory, AI systems that interview workforces, draft Leverage Maps, answer client questions at 9pm, and build the workflows clients approve.
Two rules keep that honest. When it’s an AI, it says so, first thing. And in my advisory work, the agents work for you through me; they are never the relationship itself. If you want copy-paste automation with your name mail-merged in, there are cheaper options everywhere, and you should take one of them.
The AI Leverage X-Ray is intentionally different: it is a product, not an advisory relationship. The AI openly conducts the interview and demonstrates the capability; Dominion reviews the final delivery. Nobody is told that I personally conducted the call or supplied judgment I did not provide.
The factory isn’t a secret. It’s the proof. The systems running my practice are working demonstrations of what I help clients install.
The boundary (whose hands build, by tier)
I make sure it gets built. Whose hands depends on the tier.
Advisory, architecture, direction, decisions: that’s always me. In the Audit, the Sprint, and the Retainer, the hands-on building routes to your operator (trained as it’s built), to my vetted bench (billed transparently), or to my agents; my hands stay off your keyboard on purpose. There is exactly one exception. The Executive AI Partner is the done-for-you tier, where I build the systems myself.
Either way, the independence rules don’t bend. Every delivered system, including the ones I build, ships with a ten-minute video and a written doc, and your team is trained to run it.
The strictness has a reason. The software vendor’s growth playbook is to trade margin for moat: take lower margins on implementation now so its product becomes the system of work later. That can be good business for the vendor. My practice is designed around your independence. If I did my job, your team can run what we built, you have the video and the doc, and I have to earn the next engagement from the next item on your Map.
