This notice describes what personal information Dominion AI, a dba of Dominion Equity Holdings, collects through ai.dominionequity.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. This site is a marketing site for our advisory services and can be used to purchase the AI Leverage Audit and the AI Leverage X-Ray. Engagements beyond the Audit are contracted separately under signed agreements.

What we collect

• Contact and company details you give us when you write, book, or buy, such as your name, title, email address, phone number, company name, website, and employee count.
• Order and agreement records when you make a purchase, such as the amount, Stripe payment confirmation, agreement version and acceptance time, purchasing-authority confirmation, and typed electronic signature. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Campaign attribution, such as UTM parameters on the link that brought you here.
• Basic aggregate analytics, if enabled.

How we use it

• To respond when you write to us, to schedule calls you book, and to fulfill and support a purchase.
• To send occasional updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To measure, in aggregate, how the site is performing.

Who we share it with

Trusted processors only: Stripe for payments, and the providers who run our hosting, fulfillment notifications, email, and scheduling. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell personal data.

Payments

Stripe processes every payment on this site. Your card details go directly to Stripe, and we never store card numbers. The charge appears on your statement under the descriptor DOMINION AI.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@dominionequity.com. Deletion requests are honored subject to legal and accounting retention duties.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as legal and accounting obligations require.

X-Ray purchases

The AI Leverage X-Ray includes a disclosed AI phone interview. Transcription of that call is authorized separately at checkout, in the AI-call and transcription authorization presented alongside the Checkout Terms. Raw call audio and full transcripts are deleted within 30 days, as described there.

Advisory engagements (Audit and beyond)

For the AI Leverage Audit and every engagement beyond it, interview transcripts and systems information stay confidential and are used only to produce your deliverables, under an agreement signed before work begins.
